To strengthen my intuition I worked with blue lotus flower, I made it into tea and drank it twice a day. I noticed my energy was calmer, i stayed more to myself. The ways I nourish my mind is by journaling so I know exactly what thoughts are swimming in my brain, spending time in nature to help stay grounded. I also nourish my mind by avoiding low vibrational activities, drinking water, eating right and getting my rest.
